I guess peoples posts aren't all that positive, because it doesn't look good when you double and sometimes triple post..

How long does it take to complete a run with this build? I'm guessing 50 to 50 mins. Just curious.

Aatxes can be slow to kill at first but when you get more experience they will fall faster....it takes about 40mins or something to get to smites and kill them all..

That's incredibly slow.
I've watched one of my friends get to the smites in around 5 minutes on a ritualist. Monk soloing UW just isn't effecient anymore, that's why you don't see any of the threads.

You have to kill them with your wand before they can use it.

The enchantment strip spell they use is awfully slow and you only have to wand them twice in order to kill them.

Thats because the UW Rit build skips all the aatxes and run to the smites. No wonder it's faster.

usually i handle nightmares like this: i cast my spells and aggro aatxes and immediately start to run away...if there is a mare it will pop up and you have some space between you and the aatxes so IF the mare steals your enchantments you have time to cast protective spirit again before aatxes attack you....might sound hard but it's not so hard when you try it out a couple of times =D

Well if you're not sure about your skill pulling aataxes you can always use a flatbow...

I used to have a 90% or so success rate with stopping rends via wand and surviving them if they occured (it's tricky solo, but by no means impossible).

Looks good, though I haven't attemtped it yet. Three things:

1) Don't monsters run from you when their HP reaches 33% or so? I know Trolls do, i'm just wondering if Aatxes, Graspings and Smites do.

2) Would it be possible to swap one skill for Power Return? It's a cheap spammable interrupt that could save your behind from rending. Although, maybe its not such a hard task just to kill them... my attempt will tell.

3) Wouldn't Shield of Absorbtion help with tankability? I'll try first with Breeze, then use SoA and see how it works out.

Ty for the build.

1) Don't monsters run from you when their HP reaches 33% or so? They only run when in groups larger than 3. So in the chamber the only group that will always run from you is the left grasping spawn as there are always 4, but it's easily dealt with. I would imagine that smites would run as well (some spawns would), but all you have to do is attack them and they'll stay.

2) Would it be possible to swap one skill for Power Return? Yes, you could swap out a Visage skill for an interrupt, although imo it's not needed if you've soloed UW enough, or gotten in the habit of wanding Dyings in UW, which I know you're exceptional at Makosi.

3) Wouldn't Shield of Absorbtion help with tankability? It would, but since you can't aggro more than 3 monsters at a time, it's kind of redundant

Its pretty disgusting everyone attacking him and pretending they are helping. The OP is just trying to help by posting a build he made. Even if it is old you could at least be polite about it.

TY for posting the build =)
